At Vital Energi we understand that in some cases clients ask us to provide them with the tools to manage their system themselves, while others, who don't have this capacity or infrastructure, ask us to perform the complete range of services on their behalf.

Whatever the reason we are able to offer our clients as much or as a little support as they require. Ranging from the type of meters and equipment that they decide to install through to how they read the meters and subsequently how end users are billed.

Working with one of Europe’s premier meter manufacturers we are able to offer clients a suite of meters and associated equipment to suit their needs and requirements.  Our pre-Payment technology substantially reduces the risk of non payment of energy charges, ensuring the onus is on the end user to manage their credit to provide them with their services.

Our meter reading services are again extremely flexible. We offer the traditional visual reading of meters whilst also offering our clients the option of either a walk-by or fixed network option, which may prove to be more cost efficient in the long term. 

Our billing services again offer choice. If you wish, you can retrieve the data yourself and arrange for bills to be sent, or alternatively we can manage the data and send the bills on your behalf.

It really is up to you. We can offer as much or as little support as you need, the choice is yours.

Case study: Royal Mills, Manchester


Royal Mills is located in Ancoats, on the eastern edge of Manchester City Centre and this project is part of a wide scale urban regeneration programme focused on the revival of the eastern quarter of Manchester City Centre.
