Business Apprenticeships

As an Apprentice at Vital Energi you will study a Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship whilst playing a crucial role in developing, implementing, maintaining and improving administration services within the organisation.

You will have clear objectives and be supported with training which will develop your personal and professional skills along the way!

Based at our London office in Holborn, our Head Office in Blackburn, or Drakelow Power Station in Burton on Trent, all offices offer a busy, vibrant environment with a fantastic team.

Tasks are varied and no two days will be quite the same!

At the end of the programme you will receive a Business Admin Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard (including Functional Skills Maths and English Level 2 if required)

The qualification will be delivered by one of our training partners, either on a day release basis or at your workplace.

The qualification received is the same regardless of location or training provider, and is 20 months long.

Your annual salary will be £15,000 - £16,500 dependent on location, with regular pay reviews.

A normal working week would be Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm, totalling 40 hours per week.

Once qualified, apprentices could work in various departments such as HR, finance/commercial and metering & billing, or go on to a Level 4 or Degree Apprenticeship in a specialist area.

GCSE or equivalent (Grade 4 or above) in English and Maths is essential
