Customers can pay their bill or top-up their meter using a variety of payment methods, anytime anywhere.

Glass is available for both credit billing and prepayment customers.

Glass recognises the following payment methods: Credit or Debit cards, Direct Debit, PayPoint, Apply Pay, Bank Transfer.

Glass customers can easily view their energy consumption and spend using the easy to read display.

When coupled the vTherme residents have the ability to make comparisons to previous days, weeks, months or years and use the built-in weather forecast to predict future spend, Glass enables customers to budget for the future.

Customer can take control over their metering and billing account, directly from the Glass.
