vTherm°e (Stainless Steel)

Our vTherm˚e (Stainless Steel) achieved one of the lowest VWARTs* at a primary flow temperature of 60ºC compared to all BESA tested HIUs, increasing efficiency.

The vTherm˚e, supports the industry to embrace next-generation district heating schemes with renewable energy at their heart, as it has proven performance on lower temperature networks and is heat pump compatible. The case is constructed from EPP in three insulated sections to minimise heat loss or gain, reducing operation and maintenance costs.

To assist with sound levels within modern buildings we have units with a sound power level as low as 31.8 dB, tested in line with ISO 3744.

The vTherm°e adopts modern design requirements with the ability to fit in small spaces, such as a standard kitchen cabinet (900mm x 600mm). It also has the flexibility to provide top and bottom pipe access (with pipe bracket) enabling the supply of underfloor heating.

Glass is a metering and billing platform that enables financial and network management.

The vTherm˚e is effectively controlled by a Pressure Independent Control Valve (PICV).

The vTherm˚e has an on/off valve included as standard, offering prepayment services and enhanced safety features e.g. prevents scalding on loss of power.

The vTherm°e heat interface units are easily installed, commissioned and maintained by our trained specialist team. Training is also available for vTherm° partners at our state-of-the-art training academy.
