Located in South Acton, the £800m Acton Gardens regeneration scheme will deliver over 3,400 new homes, alongside community facilities, retail spaces and modern and improved green spaces for residents and local people across the 52-acre site.
Vital Energi provide the operation and maintenance services for L&Q across the 10 completed phases at Acton Gardens which is still under construction and currently comprises 6 Energy Centres, 4 Substations, District Heating and 1270 HIUs, providing a reliable heat and hot water services to the connected residents. We also provide a tertiary service for all heat and hot water related callouts, such as radiators and thermostats.
