We have been providing operation and maintenance services for Redrow Homes' 500 Chiswick High Road development since completing the design and build of the energy solution.
500 Chiswick High Road is located in West London and is a residential development of 71 studios and one, two and three bedroom apartments. We designed and built the energy solution for the development which included a 19kWe CHP engine, three gas boilers, three 1,500 litre thermal stores, along with supplying 71 heat interface units (HIUs) for the apartments.
We completed the build of the energy scheme at the start of 2018 and have since been providing the operation and maintenance for the solution.
Our trained engineers attend site to undertake comprehensive checks of the equipment and its operation, with the outputs of these inspections outlined in a comprehensive monthly report which is reviewed at monthly client meetings.
